What You’ll Do:
We are seeking a motivated and fluent English-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role will focus on outbound customer engagement, building strong relationships with our existing customer base, and helping us better understand their needs and shopping behaviour.
Key Responsibilities:
● Make outbound calls to customers to gather feedback and insights, including:
● Understanding reasons for reduced or stopped shopping activity.
● Identifying reasons for drop in spend.
● Exploring opportunities to re-engage customers.
● Record and update all customer interactions accurately in our Zoho CRM platform.
● Provide clear and professional communication at all times.
● Collaborate with internal teams to share customer feedback and suggest improvements.
● Meet daily and weekly call targets.
What We’re Looking For:
● Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
● 2-3 years of experience in outbound calling, telesales, or customer service preferred.
● Comfortable using IT systems and proficient in data entry and CRM usage (Zoho experience desirable).
● Strong listening skills and ability to handle customer feedback with empathy and professionalism.
● Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
