What You’ll Do:
● Achieving the region’s revenue as per defined targets
● Responsible for regional forecasting and sales tracking
● Key accounts management
● Specification management with façade consultants, profile systems, architects, and builders for ongoing and upcoming projects
● Marketing activities within the region
● New lead management and conversion
● Providing quality leadership for internal and external customers
● Managing regional sales and customer relationships
● Working with the sales team to drive growth in key account segments and promote products
● Accountable for achieving regional sales and profitability goals
● Evaluating market trends and competitive information to identify factors influencing regional growth
● Sharing market insights with sales representatives, marketing, and sales operations
● Establishing, maintaining, and expanding the customer base
● Servicing the needs of existing customers
● Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
● Collecting customer feedback and conducting market research
● Maintaining a project tracker for past, present, and upcoming projects
● Maintaining the master funnel report
● This is an individual contributor role with no team responsibilities
What We’re Looking For:
● Must be B.Tech (preferred)
● Preferably from fenestration industry.
● Must have active contacts with architects, builders, façade consultants, and fabricators.
● Must be open to travel. Travel will be to Telangana and Andhra regions.
● Experience: 10+ years
