What You’ll Do:
● Content Strategy & Planning: Build monthly/quarterly content calendars aligned with campaigns, product launches, and brand objectives.
● Social Media Management: Oversee daily posting, scheduling, and monitoring across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, etc.).
● Thorough knowledge of YouTube optimization(Shorts & Long form videos), Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
● Shoot Planning & Execution: Collaborate with design, video, and creative teams to plan and manage photoshoots, reels, and video content for campaigns.
● Influencer Management: Identify, onboard, and manage influencer and creator collaborations; track deliverables and ROI.
● Campaign Execution: Run both organic and paid campaigns, optimizing content for reach, engagement, and conversion.
● Community Engagement & ORM: Respond to queries, engage with followers to resolve social queries quickly & ORM.
● Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs (growth, reach, engagement, conversions), generate reports, and use insights to improve strategies.
● Trend Spotting: Stay ahead of emerging content formats, viral trends, and platform updates to keep company’s content fresh and engaging.
● Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with product, sales, and creative teams to align content and campaigns with broader business goals.
What We’re Looking For:
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field (preferred).
● 2–4 years of hands-on experience in social media management, content planning, or influencer marketing (startup/agency background is a plus).
● Proven experience managing shoots, content calendars, and multi-platform campaigns.
● Strong knowledge of influencer ecosystems and ability to manage end-to-end collaborations.
● Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills with a creative, trend-savvy mindset.
● Proficiency with social media tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.) and analytics dashboards.
● Experience with paid media campaigns and performance tracking.
● Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
