What You’ll Do:
● Own end-to-end recruitment: Lead candidate sourcing, screening, and onboarding for all the tech & non-tech roles.
● Master recruitment tools: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and talent databases to identify and engage passive candidates.
● Build strategic pipelines: Partner with hiring managers to create talent pools that align with business goals.
● Solve hiring challenges: Optimize processes in a scaling startup environment.
What We’re Looking For Essential Skills:
● 1+ years of experience in recruitment, HR, or talent sourcing (agency or corporate).
● Proven skills in candidate engagement, Boolean searches, and interview coordination.
● A knack for storytelling—you can sell roles to candidates and advocate for culture fit.
