What You’ll Do:
Outbound Communication:

● Make outbound calls to customers to confirm and book demo appointments.
● Engage and follow up with customers via WhatsApp to share product/demo information and
finalize booking

Demo Coordination & Allocation:
● Allocate demos to field demo specialists based on their geographical zones.
● Monitor demo schedules and ensure efficient resource utilization.

Inbound Query Handling:
● Manage incoming WhatsApp messages, emails, and calls from customers.
● Provide timely, clear, and helpful responses to address customer needs

Data Management:
● Maintain up-to-date records of calls, bookings, and interactions in CRM systems.
● Use Google Sheets to track, update, and report key metrics related to demos and customer
engagement.

What We’re Looking For:
● 1–3 years of experience in customer support, coordination, or telesales roles.
● Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (Kannada is a plus).
● Proficient in Google Sheets, CRM tools, and WhatsApp Business platforms.
● Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
● Customer-first attitude and problem-solving mindset.
● Experience in managing field staff or logistical coordination is a bonus
