What You’ll Do:
We are looking for a highly skilled Data Analyst with more than 1 years of experience in data analytics, reporting, and business insights. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing large datasets, building dashboards, and providing data-driven recommendations to improve business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
● Collect, clean, and analyze large structured and unstructured datasets from multiple sources.
● Build and maintain interactive dashboards and automated reports (Power BI, Tableau, or Looker).
● Perform data validation, statistical analysis, and generate actionable insights.
● Work with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, operations, finance) to define metrics and KPIs.
● Write complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and reporting.
● Automate recurring analysis and reporting workflows using Python, SQL, or Excel macros.
● Translate business problems into analytical solutions.
● Present insights and data stories to leadership in a clear, concise manner.
● Collaborate with engineering teams to improve data pipelines and warehouse efficiency.
What We’re Looking For:
● Strong proficiency in SQL (joins, window functions, CTEs, optimization).
● Experience in data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
● Hands-on with Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, macros).
● Working knowledge of Python or R for data cleaning, analysis, and automation.
● Experience with data warehousing tools (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, Presto).
● Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and relational databases.
● Good knowledge of statistics and experience applying it to business problems.
● Excellent analytical thinking, communication, and storytelling skills.
