What You’ll Do:
A dynamic, hands-on Event Operations & Production Head who understands the pulse of the event floor.
You’re someone who can:

Key Responsibilities:
● Lead and manage day-to-day event operations ensuring smooth workflow across multiple projects.
● Oversee on-site setups, production schedules, manpower allocation, and quality control.
● Conduct venue recces, prepare technical & operational reports, and assess feasibility.
● Manage client interactions for operational planning, setup approvals, and real-time issue resolution.
● Work closely with design, marketing, and production teams to align creative concepts with execution.
● Develop and manage a strong vendor network pan-India (fabricators, AV suppliers, logistics, etc.).
● Negotiate with vendors for best cost, quality, and timely delivery.
● Handle event logistics, fabrication, branding, AV, and technical installations.
● Ensure strict adherence to timelines, budgets, and brand guidelines.
● Travel frequently across India (and occasionally abroad) for event setups and client deliveries.
What We’re Looking For:
● Minimum 5 years of experience in event operations, production, or exhibitions.
● Proven ability to manage large-scale corporate events, exhibitions, and activations.
● Strong knowledge of vendor management & fabrication processes (pan-India network preferred).
● Excellent coordination, communication, and client-handling skills.
● Ability to multi-task and work under pressure with tight deadlines.
● A go-getter attitude with a problem-solving mindset and passion for excellence.
● Willingness to travel frequently for event execution.
