About the Company:

What You’ll Do:
This is a high-ownership, high-visibility role working directly with the Founders. You will act as an extension of the founder – solving strategic problems, managing priority initiatives, enabling cross-functional execution, and supporting investor relations.

Execution & Program Management
● Lead and track high-priority projects across product, ops, growth, partnerships, tech, and HR.
● Unblock bottlenecks, ensure accountability, and keep execution velocity high.
● Build clarity for teams through docs, dashboards, weekly reviews, and OKRs.

Business & Market Intelligence
● Analyze financial and operational data to derive insights and enable decision-making.
● Deep dive into portfolio performance, unit economics, pricing, and efficiency levers.
● Conduct competitive and market research to support strategic decisions.

Investor Relations & Fundraising Support
● Prepare and maintain pitch decks, investor updates, TAM models, financial projections, and diligence data.
● Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and due diligence workflows.
● Represent company metrics, milestones, and vision with precision and confidence.

Founder Leverage
● Help the founder prioritize time, workflows, and communication.
● Draft critical communication – internal notes, customer messages, investor emails, etc.
● Build and maintain high-trust relationships across internal & external stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For:
● 1 – 4 years of relevant experience in consulting, VC/PE, founder’s office, strategy, BizOps, or startup roles.
● Strong analytical skills and structured thinking; comfortable with numbers and dashboards.
● Excellent written and verbal communication; can simplify complexity.
● High bias for action – gets things done without waiting for perfect clarity.
● Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous, high-ownership environments.
