About the Company:
A leading distributor of aesthetic laser, RF, ultrasound devices, dermatology equipment, and professional skincare and haircare products.

What You’ll Do:
● To develop and implement effective sales strategies.
● Drive sales objectives and achieving assigned PAN India targets of sales and collections.
● To lead and manage nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets.
● Identifying and acquiring new customers, as well as up-selling to the existing customer base.
● Handling P&L for the division.
● To establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
● Manage and oversee the daily sales operations of the sales team.
● Ensuring accurate sales forecasting and account planning.
● Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
● Build a high performing sales team by providing strong mentorship, training and guidance.
● Monitor and analyse performance metrics and suggest improvements.
● Organizing Hands-on training & creating a large pool of Indian Patients Data along with a battery of trainers all over India.
● Planning & Strategy for all KOLs of Fillers.
● Ensuring ROI against all BTL Activities.
● Ensuring Collection & implementing approved credit limit.
● Market research and identify new potential customers.

What We’re Looking For:
Qualification: Preferably B. Pharm, MBA
● Proven 10 – 12 years of experience into PAN India core sales and operations
● Experience into Aesthetic Injectables Portfolio
